Refunds & Returns

Welcia Singapore aims to ensure that all products sold in-store are in good condition and correct. However, if you experience any issues with a product, we are happy to assist under the following conditions:

Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

If you encounter any of the issues listed below, please bring the item to one of our stores within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined:

  • Damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
  • Incorrect item from what was initially purchased.
  • Products are near expiry or expired; or
    • Less than 2 months from expiry date for Foods & Snacks items; or
    • Less than 6 months from expiry date for all other items; or
  • Missing items in sets or packs
  • Gift cards and clearance items.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging unopened and undamaged.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • Any Gift with Purchase items included in your order must also be returned with the original product(s).
  • Items marked as non-returnable in-store will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

  • For eligible returns and exchanges, please bring the product to one of our Welcia stores with your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
  • Returns will be evaluated by our team and are subject to approval. Refunds for approved returns will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For promotions, the refund value will reflect the discounted price you paid, and any membership points earned on the refunded item will be deducted from your account.

Non-Eligible Items

Certain items, such as opened health or beauty products, and any items labelled as non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Privacy & Data Use

Welcia Singapore respects customer privacy and ensures any personal information provided during the return process is used solely to facilitate the transaction. Personal data is handled following our data privacy policy.

By making a purchase at Welcia, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Welcia reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, and updates will be reflected in-store and on our website.
