(1) If you exchange the product for one of equal value, no points will be deducted.

(2) If you return the product, the points previously earned will be deducted from your account, and you will receive a cash refund for the returned item.

(3) If there are insufficient points in your account to be deducted, you will only be able to exchange the product for goods of equal value.

(4) If the product was purchased fully or partially with points, we recommend exchanging it for a product of equal value, as points cannot be refunded. For example, if you return a product priced at $25, 2,500 Points ($1 = 100 Points) will be deducted from your account.
