What is UMF (Unique Manuka Factor)?
UMF Manuka Honey contains a special ingredient UMF (non-oxidant / NPA) that is found in other honey or different from the oxidation effect.
UMF is a standard for measuring the characteristics that are included only in this Manuka Honey and only licensed holders that meet the UMF Honey Association standards.
Manuka Honey with UMF is about 10-20% of the entire manuka honey harvested and distinguished between UMF Manuka Honey and regular Manuka Honey.
