Welcia Club Membership - Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Welcia Club, the loyalty and membership program operated by Welcia Singapore (“Welcia”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering and using the Welcia mobile app and/or participating in Welcia Club, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) below.
Welcia reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time with adequate notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
1. Registration & Eligibility
1.1 To join Welcia Club, you must register via the Welcia App or other approved channels.
1.2 You must be 18 years and above. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must:
· Consent to your participation
· Accept these T&Cs
· Assume responsibility for your account usage and charges
1.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and maintain its accuracy.
1.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
1.5 Any actions performed via your account are deemed authorised by you.
1.6 Welcia reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion.

2.1 “Qualifying spend” refers to the final amount paid after all discounts, promotions, vouchers, and point redemptions. It excludes purchases of gift cards, vouchers, and other non-eligible items as determined by Welcia.
2.2 Qualifying spend may be accumulated across multiple receipts for in-store purchases, provided the member account is presented or linked at the time of transaction.
2.3 Spend from different member accounts cannot be combined and may not be transferred, pooled, or merged for tier qualification or points earning purposes.
2.4 Membership tiers are personal and non-transferable. Tier status and benefits apply only to the individual registered account holder.
3. Points Earning
3.1 Members will earn 1 point for every S$1 nett spend on eligible purchases.
3.2 “Nett spend” refers to the final amount payable after applying all promotions, discounts, vouchers, and point redemptions.
3.3 Points earned from eligible transactions will be credited to the member’s account upon successful completion of the transaction.
3.4 Bonus points (e.g., birthday bonus, promotional multipliers) will also be credited after the transaction is completed but may not be reflected on the printed receipt at the time of purchase.
3.5 Points will not be awarded for:
· Transactions that are cancelled and voided
· Fraudulent, misuse, or suspicious activity
· Purchase of excluded product categories, gift cards, vouchers, or other items as determined by Welcia
3.6 Welcia reserves the right to adjust or reverse points earned from transactions that are subsequently refunded or deemed ineligible.
4. Birthday Bonus Points
4.1 Only Welcia Club members are entitled to Birthday Points.
4.2 On the first completed transaction within the birthday month:

4.3 The birthday multiplier applies to base points earned on nett spend only and does not apply to additional promotional bonuses or point-boosting events.
4.4 Birthday Bonus Points will be credited to the member’s account after the transaction is completed and may not appear on the printed or digital receipt at the time of purchase.
4.5 For new members, Birthday Bonus Points are only applicable after the membership account has been verified and fully activated.
4.6 Transactions must be attributed to the member’s account at the time of purchase to qualify; missed or unrecorded transactions will not be eligible for retrospective birthday bonus awarding.
5. Platinum Monthly Bonus
5.1 Platinum members who accumulate S$300 nett spend within a calendar month will receive 1,000 bonus points.
5.2 Qualifying spend may be accumulated across multiple receipts within the same calendar month, provided all transactions are linked to the member’s Welcia Club account at the time of purchase.
5.3 Bonus points will be credited to the member’s account by the 31st day of the following month.
5.4 Only transactions recorded under the same Welcia Club membership account will be counted toward the monthly qualifying spend. Spend from multiple or shared accounts cannot be combined.
5.5 Returned, refunded, or cancelled transactions will not count toward the qualifying spend. If such transactions are processed after bonus points have been awarded, Welcia reserves the right to reverse or deduct the corresponding bonus points.
6. Points Redemption
6.1 Welcia Club points may be redeemed at a rate of 100 points = S$1 value.
6.2 Points can be used to offset payment for eligible purchases made in-store or through the Welcia app (where available). Certain products, services, or payment types may be excluded at Welcia’ s discretion.
6.3 Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired points will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
6.4 Points have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, credited, or gifted to any other member or account.
6.5 In cases where a purchase paid with points is refunded, the redeemed points will be restored back to the member account only after the refund is approved and processed.
6.6 Welcia reserves the right to amend point redemption conditions or impose redemption limits with prior notice.
7. Inactivity & Account Closure
7.1 Welcia Club accounts with no login activity and no purchase transactions for a continuous period of three (3) years will be considered inactive and may be automatically deactivated for security and housekeeping purposes.
7.2 Upon deactivation, all accumulated points, rewards, benefits, and e-vouchers associated with the account will be permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
7.3 Once an account has been deactivated, the member will be required to register for a new account to rejoin Welcia Club and begin earning points anew.
7.4 Welcia reserves the right to notify or not notify members prior to deactivation. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure continued activity to maintain their account and benefits.
8. Fraud & Misuse
8.1 Welcia may suspend/terminate accounts and void points for:
· Abuse, fraud, or misuse
· Reseller or bulk-purchase activity
· Breach of these T&Cs
9. Privacy & PDPA Compliance
9.1 Personal data is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
9.2 Refer to our Privacy Policy in-app or on our website.
9.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account information.
10. Exchange & Refund Policy for Member Points
10.1 Members must inspect all products upon purchase or receipt. Requests for exchange or refund must be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase and items must be returned in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging together with the original receipt or e-receipt.
10.2 Exchanges may be processed at any Welcia store, subject to stock availability. Exchanges must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference for higher-value items will be borne by the customer.
10.3 Refunds can only be processed at the same store where the original purchase was made and will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase (where applicable). If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit or alternative methods may be offered at Welcia’ s discretion.
10.4 Return eligibility may be limited for certain product categories due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory requirements (e.g., pharmaceuticals, health supplements, personal care and beauty products that have been opened, used, or tampered with). Welcia reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds for such items unless they are defective, or expired.
10.5 All exchanges and refunds are subject to Welcia’ s verification and approval. Welcia reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet return conditions or appear fraudulent or abusive.
10.6 Points Deduction and Reversal
i. When a purchase made using Welcia Club points (whether full or partial redemption) is returned or refunded, the points used for the transaction will be reversed and credited back to the same membership account once the refund is approved and processed.
ii. If a transaction earned points and is later returned or refunded, Welcia reserves the right to deduct the awarded points from the member’s account.
iii. In the event the member does not have sufficient points available for reversal, Welcia may, at its discretion, waive the point deduction or offset the value of such points against the cash portion of the refund.
10.7 Validity of Returned Points
i. Reinstated points will retain the original expiry date from the time they were first issued and will not receive a new validity period.
10.8 Refund Method & Conditions
i. Refunds for purchases involving points will be processed using the original payment method for the cash portion (if any), and points for the redeemed portion will be returned to the member account.
ii. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative refund methods may be offered at Welcia’s discretion.
iii. In the event of a partial refund, points and cash components will be returned on a pro-rated basis.
10.9 Bonus Points
i. Bonus points (e.g., Birthday Bonus, Platinum Monthly Bonus, event multipliers) earned from returned transactions may be reversed at Welcia’s discretion.
ii. If bonus points have already been redeemed prior to refund processing, Welcia may deduct equivalent value, either from future points or by adjusting the cash refund amount.
iii. All point-related refunds are subject to Welcia’s verification and approval, and Welcia reserves the right to reject refund or point reinstatement requests that do not comply with these terms.
10.10 Conditions for Return / Exchange
i. Returns are accepted for:
· Expired items
· Damaged products
· Items must be unused and in original packaging.
10.11 Non-Returnable Items
· Medicines & pharmacy-controlled items
· Vitamins & supplements (unless defective/expired)
· Personal hygiene & intimate care products
· Used or opened cosmetics & skincare
· Products labelled “non-returnable”
· Membership-related purchases (e.g., e-vouchers)
10.12 Refund Method
· Refunds issued via original payment method
· Loyalty points earned from refunded purchases will be revoked
· If points were used for payment, they will be reinstated upon refund approval
10.13 Gift With Purchase
· If the original purchase included any complimentary gifts, bundled items, or promotional giveaways, all such items must be returned in their original condition together with the product. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
11. Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welcia shall not be responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with participation in Welcia Club.
11.2 Welcia does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the program or the availability of rewards, points, benefits, or system functions. Welcia will not be liable for any delay, failure, or error caused by system interruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.3 Any tax liabilities, duties, or reporting obligations arising from points, rewards, or benefits received under the Welcia Club program shall be the sole responsibility of the member. Members are advised to seek independent tax advice where necessary.
12. Amendments & Final Decision
12.1 Welcia reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Welcia Club program, including but not limited to its Terms & Conditions, points structure, reward mechanisms, eligibility criteria, or member benefits, by providing reasonable notice through official channels (e.g., app, website, or in-store communication).
12.2 In the event of a dispute relating to membership, points, transactions, or program benefits, Welcia’s decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
13. Acceptance
By registering for and/or participating in Welcia Club, accessing your account, or using membership benefits, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any updates made from time to time.
